At The Little Muslimah Dolls, each custom order is crafted with precision and care to meet our unique specifications. Please note the following details regarding the lead time for custom orders: 

• Standard Processing Time: All dolls and accessories are mostly made to order and are considered custom. The typical processing time for custom orders ranges from 1 to 4 weeks. This timeframe does not include weekends or holidays.

• Extended Processing Time: In rare cases where a custom order exceeds 5 weeks from the date of the deposit or payment, the customer has the right to cancel the order for a full refund.

• Production and Delivery: Production and delivery processing times are estimates and may be subject to change. We strive to deliver your dolls as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest standards of quality. The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

• Order Cancellation: Customers may cancel an order with the first 24 hours the order was made or if the order processing time exceeds 5 weeks.

• Customer Notification: You will be notified when your order is ready to ship.

• Delayed Delivery Service: In case of delays due to external factors beyond our control, such as weather events, fabric and material delays, doll material delays, or other unforeseen circumstances, The Little Muslimah Dolls will communicate updated delivery timelines to affected customers as soon as possible. While we strive to minimize any delays, please be aware that these events may impact our standard lead times.
